I'm thinking a vote will suffice, but I may need to get a little more specific if the turnout is high.

During holiday "breaks," what is a good time/day to have a gaming day where everyone is online? I'd like to get everyone on and play some games, TF2, CS GO, L4D, The Hidden, etc. Lets make this happen!

Let's clarify what you mean by holiday. Is this a general thing, or you mean this December Holiday season? My vote is New Years Day for this winter. I have zero commitments then. Xmas and Thanksgiving there is too much going on, too many people to see, etc.

I have to work the 31st, so I will be heading back to KC on the 30th. However, I have that whole prior week that I will be in IN.

Anytime pretty much around there should work.
