Actually, I would recommend everyone at least play the single player. It's pretty good. And it screws with your head.

Ehh...the game is alright so far. I've only played the campaign so far so I can't speak for multi or spec-ops. I will say I'm enjoying the SP a lot more than COD4's. But so far it's decent, but not $60 decent.

I'm actually really surprised by how easy this game is to play MP. I just played all last night with Gameslave from 3D, we both had absolutely NO lag, were always on the same team, I could even see where he was on my mini map because he was in my "party." It was freakin sweet!

OH! And I played 3rd person cage match. It's a 1v1 3rd person game where you're playing against a random person or a friend. It's A LOT of fun. 5-0 baby!
