my macbook aluminum unibody keyboard does not work at all i was not able to log into my computer at all, until i went to mejir and bought a usb wireless keyboard and mouse setup.

I took to the apple store i didnt have time to waste, except i helped a old lady program a bluetooth headset and sold her a case for her laptop lol.

But i got this loser guy at the genius bar looked my age 21 and was like i can figure it out looks like accidental damage and will cost you 650. I was like bulshit because i had to rush to school called customer relations and they are taking care of the matter without the accident damage shit.

However my computer is working fine because i could log in with this usb b bluetooth keyboard. However my laptop keyboard does not function at all nothing not a key

any ideas laptop is like 4 5 months old

truth be told my little 1 year old nephew banged on my keyboard and i let him because we thought he had a serious infection in his eye and the laptop was all that twas making him happy and sit still.lol

by the way this cheap 39.99 logitech usb bluethooth is not to shabby considering i am returning it tomorroww

Protips: Don't buy Apple

J/K, I have no idea how to help you since it's a laptop and it's Apple.

If Apple fixes it under warranty, then that should be your only concern. It's probably not something that you could have prevented, unless it stopped working right after the kid beat on it. Sometimes keyboards just short out and it can't be prevented.

Seems to be a pattern, lately....

Any more recalls/warranty repairs we should know about.
