I mean Niko Bellic is clearly one of the top 5 video game characters of this generation (not all time)

Anyway, I missed a flying rat(hidden package) and I am currently sitting with 199 of 200 shot. I am starting stunt jumps now, only 45 left. All of the Wanted missions are done and Stevie has all of his cars. I still need to finish up racing with Brucie. I am currently at 80% complete and that is quite depressing considering the amount of time it has taken me to complete this game...years.

It was only available if you completed it 100% within the first month of release I believe. Sorry, but you're about two years too late.
