Some people are saying the leaked it on purpose as a form of viral marketing to spur attention for the game. Others are saying they edited that into the HD version of the video after it had accidentally leaked.

The truth? People on Valve forums need to get a life.

Indeed; I like 5 over, 4-6 down.. There is no way that the Pyro is not a woman...too many clues. Valve likes to leave clues.
