There was config missing from the CSS config, called 'log on'.

Though, small, it makes psychostats possible. CAL turns this on, so we had some stats.

Should be fixed now and recording stats from now on.

I will look into a program to upload them more often, say every hour or so.

Percentages now work, including HeadShot % among others

Psychostats now update every hour on or around the half hour.
