1. Ignore it. That's what a lot of people do. Although if you ignore it you can't complain. 2. Change to a passphrase. Passphrases aren't that restrictive, I think you need a minimum of 15 characters and three words, where word is defined as two letters separated by a non-letter character. I took my old Gmail password and added five more characters to it, boom, IU passphrase. Easy stuff.
