Minecraft chunks errors

There have been servers reporting chunks reverting back to their original state. This is happening in our server in a couple of spots, so beware (the game is still in Beta, but it's annoying)
The issue occurs when changes during the day are saved at night during the backup, the server will miss some of the chunks, so the changes won't be saved. If your changes are visible the next, they are safe from the issue. Each day brings back a risk of revert, but it seems to be fairly sporadic.
