Forums rules and etiquette?

I think there should be a list of netiquette posted to help alleviate some of this admin bs from happening. Also, it would provide other users that are not admins to make sure they know the rules of our forums. Possibly posted in the welcome forum?

Way, way, way too many people have admin / mod privileges. Should be: Seth, head admin; another one or two people with partial admin; another one or two people with global moderator status OR a different moderator for each forum.
As for forum netiquette, the only thing I think everyone needs to know is: thou shalt not delete nor edit another member's post without thine express consent.
