Change your password, it needs to be a passphrase and should not be more than 2 years old.

Sorry, but that's the way it goes.
Just take jone's advice and ignore it if you dont want to change it.

You have two choices.
1. Ignore it. That's what a lot of people do. Although if you ignore it you can't complain.
2. Change to a passphrase. Passphrases aren't that restrictive, I think you need a minimum of 15 characters and three words, where word is defined as two letters separated by a non-letter character. I took my old Gmail password and added five more characters to it, boom, IU passphrase. Easy stuff.
