Forum Update

I have updated the forums tonight and because I had several of the files 'modded' they had to be overwritten with the new files. Sometimes merging is an option, but I was unable to be so lucky. Anyway, if there was a dependence on an older file, the link may now be broken.

If you notice any irregularities or error pages, let me know.

Fixed bug where people were not showing up on the front page for logging in.

Fixed bug where the latest 10 members could not log in.
