I recorded a demo last night with a handful of good backstabs and will be recording all of my playtime from now on. Does anyone have skills in extracting parts of the demo and putting them into video?

I don't own this game, but it's being an Ann hog.

Once you randomly get the item, do you keep it forever?

You can, yes. The only way to lose your unlockable is if you go into your backpack and delete it.

I played all last night and got the backburner and the KGB, two items I already had.
