Anyway great links, maybe they just need to give up fixing the first one and start the 2nd one with everything they have learned from the first.

Personally, I think they should just keep fixing the first one, and adding the new maps and features to it, you know, like all their other games. But I guess this is more economically viable. Oh well. Still looks rough, but should look amazing come November.

Seriously though, did they just reskin all the models and add melee weapons? I don't like hating on Valve but I can't find a reason why Half-Life Episode 3 is taking four years to develop yet their going to churn out a sequel for L4D in about a year's time.

Yeah, I thought it seemed really quick for Valve. Its not like other companies that just pump out sequels. But, like slurms said, they gotta bring home the bacon.
