Does Comcast do this to? I have Time Warner and I don't think they do.

I don't think comcast does the bandwidth and megabyte usage thing... yet. but their probably working on something that is viable.

heres proof Comcast is awesome i called them and ordered 2 days of extreme 50 svc so i could re download all of my steam games said sure no problem we'll just tag ten dollars to the bill

The only problem with that is as soon as someone upstream decides to run something that's bandwidth-intensive. Then you're fucked.

I thought I posted this when I moved into my mom's house, but I couldn't find it. Regardless, I was gonna post how they were exactly the same, because DSL doesn't fluctuate. But, I guess you'll have to take my word for it.
