Just found this site today, its called Cubeecraft. It's awesome, I've found tons of cool paper toys on this site. You can print them off and make them yourself. Some of them even come with accessories, like Master Chief, who has a bunch of weapons you can make too. They have just about everything.

Yeah Bod, Hamstar found the tf2 ones at the mini lan and he wanted to print it off on the plotter and make it almost life size. You probably could if you print them off on different sheets. It would take some math, some time and some re-enforcement but life size paper craft would be awesome.
