External Hard drive

Looking to get a nice external for my laptop not really sure what to look in for one i have a little bit of a flexible budget so that may help on picking. give me ideas and stuffs

If your laptop does not have an e-sata port, then you can look into USB drives, which would be more universal, but slower

Yeah, that's not really a negative thing. It makes the drive more universal since e-sata is somewhat rare and not usually on public computers, such as those on campus.

An external enclosure may work too, that way you can just buy a cheap internal hdd and upgrade it as needed or at a lower cost should it fail.
